Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling (or rescheduling) an appointment. Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour window will be subject to a $50 fee.  Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your appointment at checkout. We send out a reminder email and a text reminder in the days leading up to your appointment.

 

No Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time, or show up more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and have your full service price charged. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for those with appointments following yours. Please plan accordingly and be on time. Your appointment begins at your scheduled time: for new clients, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can fill out any necessary paperwork.

 

Child policy

For safety reasons, no child under the age of 14 is allowed in the studio. Ages 14-17 are only allowed if they have a scheduled service. No additional parties may accompany you while you have a service. We ask that you make arrangements for off-site child care during your appointment. If you show up with a child, your appointment will be rescheduled and a $50 fee will apply. Please understand that we aim for you to get the most out of your treatment free from distractions for you and the technician.
